Invoice sources
Invoices land in the SOLnova Invoice Inbox from three channels. Each one becomes a payment line in a controlled batch.
Bills posted in Xero appear in the SOLnova Invoice Inbox automatically. Approve in SOLnova, mark paid in Xero.
Forward invoices to a dedicated SOLnova address. PDF and attachment data extracted automatically; the original is preserved for the audit log.
Suppliers send invoices to your SOLnova WhatsApp number. They land in the Inbox with sender context attached.

As our TPPP sponsor, Nedbank underwrites SOLnova's right to process payments at scale in South Africa. Your payouts run on regulated bank-grade infrastructure — auditable, compliant, and operationally hardened — without you needing your own banking license.
